The Revitalize San Pedro Partnership (RSPP) is a nonprofit organization that grew out of a coalition formed over a decade ago by four adjoining neighborhood associations and local business leaders to focus on preserving and improving the San Pedro corridor, which stretches between I-40 and Central Avenue in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
RSPP is recognized as a New Mexico MainStreet Accelerator project by theNew Mexico Economic Development Department
and is on track to receive full accreditation from MainStreet America

Community Vision
The San Pedro Corridor is a safe, well-lit, tree-lined, walkable, family-friendly community. The Corridor is known as a great place to live, work, and visit, attracting visitors from outside the Corridor to experience its amenities.
RSPP Mission Statement
The Revitalize San Pedro Partnership (RSPP) mission is to facilitate opportunities for improvement, growth, preservation and promotion of the San Pedro Drive Corridor between I-40 and Central Avenue as a vibrant, diverse, safe, economically vital, attractive and welcoming place by actively engaging and working together with local businesses, community members and partners.
RSPP Vision Statement
RSPP is a 501(c)3 nonprofit, community-driven program that builds partnerships throughout the San Pedro Corridor and its adjoining neighborhoods, the City of Albuquerque, and the state of New Mexico. The organization makes a positive impact in its community and sets an example for other communities to emulate as a high-performing MainStreet program.

Recent Accomplishments
Designated as a New Mexico Main Street Accelerator program in 2024
Designated a New Mexico MainStreet “Urban Neighborhood Commercial Corridor” initiative in 2021, creating access to technical assistance, training, and funding sources
Solicited community input to develop an 18-month RSPP Action Plan for San Pedro Corridor Revitalization
Secured $3,000 grant and matching donations to host a Creative Placemaking Contest, resulting in the winning Pop Up Event Kit
Launched Pop Up Event Kit at Small Business Saturday “Pop Up Promenade” event with five participating businesses
Hosted quarterly RSPP Business Connections gatherings, since June 2022
Connected businesses to APD and appropriate City Depts.
Secured City of Albuquerque support in prioritizing funding and attention to the San Pedro Corridor
Successfully advocated for traffic calming measures, improved street lighting, and Mile Hi District signs and banners
Advocated for streetscape assessments with funding secured for future improvements by City
Utilized newsletters, social media, and public meetings to keep the Corridor community informed and engaged.
